Take a Tour
When you take a tour, you may think we have too much help. But they are all trained to make our kennel as safe and clean as possible. When you come in, you’ll meet our friendly front-end staff. They have the really important job of keeping everyone safe. They check shot records, and get all the information necessary on what your pet eats, how many times a day, and if there are any medications needed to be dispensed and what frequency. They’ll also schedule a bath for you and go out of their way to have your fur baby trimmed exactly like you want.
You’ll notice a lot of kennel techs. They keep everything clean and disinfected. They constantly clean and mop every part of the kennel with our kennel grade disinfectant. They also are constantly re filling water bowls, or cleaning up spilled water. They know every dog under their care, if a dog is not eating or shows any change in activity they know immediately. They are also responsible for running all the bowls thru our commercial dishwasher. The bowls are sterilized and heated to 180 degrees to guarantee the cleanest, safest bowls at all times. All bowls are regularly changed throughout the day.
Outside we have 5 huge play areas. The yards are synthetic turf. It’s installed over 6 inches of decomposed granite. It’s like having a septic system under the play yard. The yards are cleaned and disinfected regularly. We have yard toys for the dogs to play on or hide out. We also have pools and shade canopies so no one gets overheated. All of the yards are supervised by our well-trained mature yard techs. This is an important job. The yard techs are trained in being strong Alpha’s to command the respect of the dogs. They also learn how to correct the dogs play with a small squirt of water or to divert the dog’s attention in a more positive way. All of the yard techs are Doggie CPR certified and committed to operating a safe, clean yard.
You’ll also notice 9 outdoor yards for our unaltered guests, or anyone that just needs to be run as a single.
We offer cots, bedding and bowls. Feel free to bring a bed from home, especially for our older guests. Our bowls are washed and sterilized continuously. Please provide your own food so we don’t have upset tummies. We encourage chew toys to help reduce stress. No raw hides or rope chew toys. Please bring the medications your dogs are on and we will follow directions for dispensing.
