March 18th Update
Dear Friends and Family,
At Canine Courtyard, the safety of your animals and our staff is of the highest priority, and our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by COVID-19. This is why we have decided to make changes to our business practices for an indefinite period of time while COVID-19 is a prevalent issue in our community. We plan to keep our facilities open to the public so we may continue to provide high-quality pet care to our customers in need during this time, but we would like to ask our customers for help in limiting social contact for the safety of our community and our staff.
From this point forward, Canine Courtyard is offering curbside pickup and drop off for all of our guests. When you pull up to Canine Courtyard, please wait for one of our receptionists to come out and greet you at your vehicle. If a receptionist does not come out to greet you, please call 972-722-2157 for Flower Mound or 972-752-8301 for Lewisville to alert us of your arrival.
When dropping off your dog for boarding, we ask that you please limit their possessions to only the essentials. We will happily provide cots, bowls, and towels for all of our doggie guests, so please only bring along your animals’ food and medications! One of our receptionists will collect your dog and their possessions from your vehicle, and verbally confirm all boarding information needed for their stay.
At pick-up, we will bring your companion and their belongings to your vehicle and take your payment information verbally. We are happy to provide your receipt for your dog’s stay through text message or email!
These updates to our operations, in addition to our thorough sanitizing procedures, will serve to limit contact between individuals and keep you, your animals, and our staff safe. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these new policies are implemented. At Canine Courtyard, the love and support of our customers gives us hope that we will all make it through these difficult times together! Until then, we will continue to serve our community in the safest way possible.

March 16th Update

Canine Courtyard understands the growing concern surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and our hearts go out to everyone impacted. As pet parents we understand you might have questions and we hope we can help answer them.
Canine Courtyard has always used high grade disinfectant all through the day, every day, in both of our facilities. We have Air Purifiers positioned all through the boarding area, grooming area and lobby of both locations which sterilizes all air born viruses. Your pets well being along with our employees and customers, is our primary concern.
If you have traveled out of the country or been to a high impact area, we ask that you call us before your arrival, and we will provide curb side service to reunite you with your pet. If you are having symptoms, please call us so we can discuss options.
